What orders are transferred to my Accounting from WooCommerce ?
Emonkey looks for all orders of status «Completed» before transferring an order to your accounting system.
The «completed» status indicates that an order was placed and successfully paid.

It’s usually good practice to double check that a payment went through with your payment gateway as some payment processors may have a delay before setting the order as complete.
As an admin if you do not want to set each order to completed after its been paid or find this time consuming, check plugins such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-autocomplete-order/ that will set complete on for you.
